Trust & Community in Business

Belonging, trust, and community are core ingredients of great teams.

Our novel hybrid world has disrupted traditional approaches to collaboration and teamwork. We draw on the neuroscience of emotional and adaptive intelligence (EQ and AQ) to lay the foundations - the core tools - of building trust, safety, bravery, and community in a virtual world.

Our series of co-development sessions explore the human need for connection and how people can co-create the conditions required for trust and community in organizations:

  1. Radical Acceptance. Our way of connecting at work has changed. We need to acknowledge that there is no going back to ‘what was’ and instead recognize the situation as it is and move forward from a point of acceptance.

  2. Radical Accountability. We have the power to decide how to respond. Let’s take ownership for what we can control and be intentional and conscientious about how we choose to evolve from here.

  3. Radical Communication. Let’s develop the communication tools and emotional awareness to harness the power of difference, build trust, and co-create healthy relationships at work.

  4. Radical Connection. We need to develop new pathways to connection and new ways of creating shared energy, regardless of differences, physical distance, masks, plexiglass or screens.
